My experience includes delivering property refurbishments and full renovations, with a strong focus on budget management, P&L oversight, and project execution. From structural reconfigurations to optimising properties for rental and resale, I ensure NST’s developments are high-quality and commercially successful. With a hands-on, detail-driven approach, I am committed to maximising investment potential through strategic refurbishments while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.

With over 35 years of experience in HVAC, building services, and facilities management, I have successfully led large-scale operations, managing teams of 350+ employees and overseeing multi-million-pound P&L portfolios. My expertise in compliance, health & safety, financial strategy, and operational leadership allows me to ensure NST’s developments are efficient, cost-effective, and built to last.

I have been actively involved in property investment and development since 2015, overseeing the acquisition, refurbishment, and management of multiple residential properties. My focus is on strategic refurbishments and high-yield renovations, from full-scale property transformations to converting assets into Buy-to-Let (BTL) and Serviced Accommodation investments. Having successfully redeveloped, reconfigured, and enhanced a range of properties, I bring a wealth of knowledge in maximising property value and return on investment.
